Swimmers Choice to withdraw from the program:

30 days written notice must be given

a % of registration fee may be refundable depending on the time notice is given

no refunds will be given after Jan 1 of each season

$25 cancel fee charged
Medical Reasons:

swimmer must provide written notification about the medical condition which is preventing a swimmer from continuing to participate in the program

a pro rated refund may be given; board approval required

Relocation/Move

swimmers may withdraw because of family relocations

refunds will be prorated from the 1st of the month following receipt of notification
